Purdy Homes will help prepare the property for rent ( carpeting, painting, repairs, etc…) and thoroughly research your neighborhood to compare your home to prevailing rental rates in the area. The Property will be advertised on Zillow, Trulia, Hot Pads,, and various rental sites with a Description that not only provides information, but creates interest, as well as Quality photos that showcase the Home. Professional signage is used to help potential renters find the Property.


All potential Tenants are screened and personally shown the property by a Leasing Agent. A lease agreement is prepared that covers include all addendums and disclosure required by law… and then some. A thorough and detailed move-in inspection of your property is done immediately prior to occupancy to accurately document condition of your property prior to tenant taking possession. A thorough and detailed Move out inspection of the property is done once tenant has vacated documenting any damage.

Tenant Screening

We Interview all prospective tenants and obtain an application to rent. We Perform credit search, including unlawful detainers, criminal background checks, and prior evictions, on each prospective tenant.Employment, Income, and Rental History with the current and the Previous Landlord is verified.

Maintenance Services

24/7 Maintenance issues are handled for you. We Coordinate and supervise all tenant maintenance needs. We have established relationships with qualified vendors that give us reasonable rates and quick turn-around time. Keep detailed records of all maintenance performed on the property.

Bookkeeping Services

We maintain a Property Trust Account, maintain tenant payment records, property income and disbursement records and owner, management, and maintenance files, pay all property billings such as gardeners, pool service, HOA's, Service Vendors, etc... Monthly operating statements are prepared and sent to the Owner as well as end of the year 1099 forms and an income/expense summary to assist you and your accountant with taxes
